Tegan Jones is a Melbourne-based actor, vocalist and producer who trained with Wendy Ward at the Ward Acting Studio in the Meisner technique in both Melbourne and New York.
Tegan’s acting credits include Jennifer Marcus in Rolin Jones’ Pulizer short listed play, The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow and Lady Chiltern in Oscar Wildes’ An Ideal Husband (Boutique Theatre), Izzy in Theresa Rebeck’s Seminar (Pop Culture), Street Baby (Ward Theatre Company), Sarraghina in Nine (Four Letter Word Theatre) and Christmas Eve in the Australian non-professional premiere season of Avenue Q (Altona City Theatre).
As a solo cabaret artist, Tegan’s latest cabaret, Miley, Moon Unit & Me was performed in two seasons at The Butterfly Club and in Wellington as part of NZ Fringe. Tegan’s other cabarets include Lady be Good, Blues in the Night and Greenwich: The Music of The Village.
